When I first heard of Double Edged Fat Loss by Dr. Kareem Samhouri, I was a bit skeptical. After all, it sounds a little odd to think about a fitness program that gets your body to better interact with the nervous system to provide you with a faster and better fat burning experience.
However, after interviewing Dr. Kareem Samhouri myself and asking about him and his expertise I soon discovered that he is the sort of expert that can truly provide you with a new way to workout to improve your health as well as help you to shed weight. After all, it is not every day that a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Kinesiologist, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Health & Fitness Specialist, sets out to teach people how to workout better to get fitter and leaner.
Whey Pro
After taking a close look at the Double Edged Fat Loss program and the workouts that make it up, I can say that I like it a lot because it involves minimal equipment and the workouts themselves are diverse and interesting, and full of complex exercises with an emphasis on movement, form, and intensity. This is why I do believe that using this program can result in a rapid fat loss.
That being said, this is not a perfect program (what is, really?). It has good things and bad and I think that you should know about all these things. Granted, there's more good than bad but you still need to have the full picture.

Pros:
Double Edged Fat Loss works for many men and women. This can be learned by the testimonials this program has received.
It includes a section on injury prevention which is something that every active person should worry about.
The program includes a video exercise library with over 581 exercises each shown in a clear way in a video clip by Dr. Kareem Samhour himself.
The workouts are intensive but short so you get a great benefit for a small time investment.
Dr. Kareem Samhour is a true expert of formidable skills.
You get excellent support from the good Doctor himself.
Cons:
As Dr. Kareem confessed in an interview with me, he is primarily a fitness expert, not a nutritional one, so this program's weak side is nutrition. However, you do get ample general guidelines to help you maintain a proper eating routine to lose fat.
These workouts may require a learning curve of sorts as they're not like traditional gym workouts.
Overall, this is an excellent fitness plan which can help you lose more fat faster while helping your body preserve its health and wellbeing. I recommend this for men and women both.
